A bit more detail about the event. (Well the 2010 event, plans are still being formed for 2011, with more to do) Friday 16th September.Pre-book entrants arrive with a few activities planed for them, or just relax with other enthusiasts on site.
Saturday 17th September 2010
9:00 AM - Midday: Arrivals – collect your entry pack, pitch your tent, meet the marshals, view the minis and chat with other entrants! take a short trip into Settle or the local pub for some lunch or the very strenuous can take part in the activities provided. Please ensure you visit the marquee during this time as changes regarding the event and important Information will be displayed on notice boards
Midday - onwards: Quizzes - Complete you quiz sheets and post them into the boxes provided in the marquee, take part in the activities
- 30PM- late afternoon: Treasure Hunt ! Enjoy the scenery and hunt for the clues and items to collect
Evening: Visit the Marquee or near by pub in the local village for a chat about the treasure hunt or ask for details of other local attractions !
Sunday 18th September
Early morning 8.00AM: Gather at the marquee for the route briefing and a hot drink (hopefully), if you don’t attend you won’t receive your notes ! this is also the deadline for entering the quizzes and taking part in the voting for the star and shed of the show.
9.00AM: Explore the dales and surrounding areas by following our well planned route at your leisure but please ensure you return to the site between 3 & 4 pm.
4.30 PM: All entrants should ensure that they have returned to the campsite by now
Prize Giving - Will you be celebrating with the star of the show award or does the shed of the show award have your name on it ?
